I’m Rosalee Lahaie Hera, a Certified Sleep Consultant and the owner of Baby Sleep Love. My oldest daughter Sofia would. not. sleep. My first six months of motherhood were incredibly challenging due to sleep deprivation and a chronic illness that was exacerbated by the tiredness.
I was desperate – so I did a whole lot of research into sleep science. And then I implemented it – and the rest, as they say, is history. Sofia became a great sleeper and the inspiration from which Baby Sleep Love was born.
Now I have two amazing sleepers – thanks to many hours of training and research into exactly what works (and what doesn’t), and I spend my days helping other families with small children get more sleep.

Your Business Master Plan
is a four-week module-based program which allows you to create a unique Business Master Plan tailored exactly to your goals. The modules build upon one another, though the content is delivered to you all up front, so you can work through it at your own pace.
Each module is approximately 2 hours in length, presented via audio and video files, with downloadable worksheets and resources.
Week 1
Module 1:
This first module will ensure you’ve covered all the key building blocks of a successful sleep consulting business.
Topics covered include the following:
- Clearly defining your business goals, including your ideal client load
- How to define, protect and promote your unique brand (e.g. registering, trademarking, insurance, contracts)
- All about DATA (financial, client and otherwise) – what data you should be gathering on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and WHY
Week 2
Module 2:
In this second module, you will get super clear on who your ideal client is.
Topics covered include the following
- How to define who your ideal client is – if you don’t know who they are, you won’t be able to attract them (it really is as simple as that!)
- Powerful strategies that will have your ideal clients lining up to sign up with you
Week 3
Module 3:
In this third module, you will define OR refine the services that you want to sell – and that your ideal client will want to buy.
Topics covered include the following:
- How to create services that are easy for you to deliver – as well as clear and attractive to your ideal client
- How to effectively price your services so that you’re consistently paid what you’re worth (and let’s face it – what you need to pay the bills)
- Avoiding common mistakes that I see all the time with packaging, pricing and promoting your services!
Week 4
Module 4:
In this final module, you will learn how to create and deliver an effective sales and marketing strategy – so that you’re consistently running a business that you absolutely love.
Topics covered include the following:
- Mapping out an entire year’s worth of marketing activities that will help you meet your business goals
- The key elements of a killer sleep consulting web site
- How to get people to find you through Google searches
- Why social media is important and which platforms to target and how
- How to have sales conversations without having sales conversations - otherwise known as “how to take the ‘ick’ out of selling”
- How to effectively promote yourself in a sea of other sleep consultants 😉 (I promise – it doesn’t matter what city or area you’re in, you can make it happen)
- BONUS CONTENT: If you want to take your business to the next level, I’ve also included lots of little extras about how to do that – e.g., how to systematize and automate so that your business feels easy to run

Will this course teach me how to become a Sleep Consultant?
No. This program is designed for consultants and coaches who are already trained and/or Certified in newborn/pediatric sleep and are looking to grow their independent business.
What if I have no desire to build a 6-figure business?
No problem! You can still reach your business goals, whatever they may be – this program helps you reach the goals that make best sense for you.
